Product: Elitebook 840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a computer that is less than a year old.  Out of the blue, it started having a screening flickering uncontrolably.  If I connect it to a monitor, it stops and becomes normal again.  If it goes to sleep and is not connected to the monitor it starts with flickering again when I open it.  A new screen has been installed, graphics drivers have been re-installed and the last attempt was to re-install windows 10. Nothing works.  Can you please assist?
