Product: hp pavilion 15-cs0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I have been having on and off screen flickering that has eventually become permanent. Upon research I learnt that it may have to do with the graphics card. I tried to update the card manually but the hp website does not have this model for selection on the website. I also know its could be a cord issue that links hardwares but I want to rule out any software issue before going to the technicians. any help will be appreciated. its my only laptp and I do all my work on it I'm currently using it with an HDmi cord connected to the Tv
