Frame behind screen broken

The frame on my touchscreen laptop just gave up all of a sudden. It started as a crack on the frame behind the actual screen but as I continued to open and close the laptop it just full on broke. The screen and everything works perfectly it's just the frame behind it and I don't know how to fix this

Ok I'll try to explain this the best I can. Once you open the screen of the laptop behind the screen there is like a frame or cover with the logo. It is connected by like 2 hinges and there's a huge crack on one of them. It doesnt allow me to close or move the screen and I'm pretty sure some parts broken because I saw little pieces of plastic. I have no idea how to remove the frame nor the screen because the model makes it weirder.
