Thanks for the reply, OpenGL is integrated with the graphics driver.

Recommend you get HPSA running and use HPSA to update all the drivers on your computer.

Please make sure to install all the Windows updates before using HPSA.

Keep me posted. Good Luck.

Greetings @SanMrks,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to install the drivers on your computer which is running on Windows 7, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Please make sure you have installed all the Windows updates on your computer first.

Once all the Windows updates are installed.

Please uninstall HP Support Assistant from your computer.

Press Win + R to bring up the run dialog box.

Type %temp% and hit enter.

This would bring up the temp folder.

Delete all the files listed there.

Restart your computer and install HP Support Assistant back on your computer and check.

Prior to installing HPSA, make sure all Windows updates are installed.

Your computer came with FreeDos. Click here

If you are still unable to use HPSA, try the steps suggested in this HP Article

Once HPSA starts to work, please use it to install all the driver updates.

Keep me posted.
