Elitepad X2 1012
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a new HP ElitePad X2 1012 which came with the HP Active Pen included.

I managed to connect the pen via bluetooth, OneNote opens up when i press the pen's butoon.

Unfortunately the tip of the pen is not recognized by the screen at all. I can't write with it or select...I can only open OneNote as said...

I tried to change the battery - same issue; remove the device and reconnect it - same issue; swapped the tip of the pen with another one from the box - same issue. The touchscreen works perfectly.

How can i make the pen work?

Thanks!
