HP Notebook - 15-af141dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

We purchased HP Notebook - 15-af141dx (Touch) from best buy  last feb, and it was rarely used, it never left the house or even put in a laptop bag, a couple weeks ago I just found a crack in the screen, in the top left corner and it was getting worse by the second, and then the touch was not working anymore. noting that the laptop never fell and nobody even touched it. It shows how the laptop looks brand new and has not a single bruise or a bump.. I looked up the issue online and found that this issue is common and has happened to many other people.

I went back to best buy but they couldn't help.

It is not the first time I buy an HP product, it used to be the best but now I am having doubts, I so wanted to return this defected product and replace it with another brand as it is not acceptable for a laptop screen to be that fragile and crack on its own , maybe it was while opening or closing it and still this is not acceptable.

I hope HP would help..

Thanks.
