You could read its serial number that mean you saw it already. If it had 144Hz screen,  you can see it immediatly with the white 144Hz at the front of the screen, on the left. Its specs does not say anything

Only   15.6" diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)

 

My Omen clearly says

 

       15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)

 

That means the one you are asking for does not have 144Hz screen,
