Pavilion X360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm trying to connect two external monitors to an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible - the first one detects with no issues via HDMI. I read that getting an external/ universal dock helps to attach a third screen (as there is no VGA plug on the notebook, hence can't connect two monitors...) - this still hasn't worked.

Rather than telling me to buy more things from your store, can someone actually help me fix the issue? The external dock uses USB C port because, like I said before, there is only ONE HDMI port and NO VGA ports....

Thanks in advance - sorry. Stressful times for all I know.
