Product: ProBook 6550b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have a used HP ProBook 6550b laptop. The built-in web cam is not working at all. I can use the built-in microphone with no problem, but when I try to look for the webcam in Devices and Printers it doesn't show up. I downloaded and installed the latest driver from the web site, but no luck there either.
My OS is as follows:
Windows 7 Professional (x64)
Is it a driver issue, or something else?
