HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10. 

eGPU Gigabyte Geforce Aorus RTX 3090 gaming box connected to my laptop  is thunderbolt port, using avclabs sw , the cpu never goes higher than 30%. I have done all the test and check I know. Everything, according to the o.s. Is working properly! I need support so that I can run the 3090 at full speed

13th Gen Intel Core 19-13900H

Memory ddr5-5600(2800MHZ)
