Since today, out of sudden I saw these lines in lower section of my screen, I have tried running all diagnostic as well update and reinstall of display driver. The area where these lines appeared is also flickering at fixed interval of about 1 to 2 seconds. 
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
