My HP Stream touchscreen no longer scrolls when I swipe.  Simple touch selection functions work.

Turns out, I'd simply turned off the tablet mode inadvertently.  Thanks.

I understand that your HP Stream X360 is not responding to the scroll function.

 

I found a wonderful document that would help you fix the issue. Go to http://hp.care/2o24n11 and follow the steps listed under “Screen does not respond to touch, or responds intermittently”.

 

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
