Does anyone have instructions on Installing a second monitor on a HP Envy All-in-one Touch Screen PC? I tried setting up an old HP w2558hc monitor(not touch screen), but I had many issues with it extending across. The second monitor appears to be incompatible with the Touch Screen Software as well as the video card. I encountered issues with mouse and keyboard. Disconnected second monitor and everything worked fine. It doesn't appear that the All-in-One Desktop Touch Screen Desktops sofware will support a second monitor.

I don't believe monitor will be compatible with it. Did not receive any installation CD, but don't believe that the Monitor Driver would work anyway. Thanks for your reply. Will wait for possible future monitors that may be compatible.

Hi,

It is an AIO (All-In-One) class machine. Well, all in one means all in one therefore designers may think people will use those machines as all-in-one or stand-alone units.

But what is your AIO ? Please check its label at the back.

Regards.

It supports external monitor but the monitor may not compatible with it, please install monitor driver using the CD which same with your monitor and try again.

Regards.
