HP Probook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm using an HP Probook 450 G1 with the Intel HD 4600 chipset, and I'm unable to launch the Graphics Control Panel from the desktop shortcut, the .exe found in the Windows/System32 folder, and I can't find it under the "Advanced" section of the Screen Resolution dialogue.

Checking the device manager reveals the Intel HD 4600 driver is installed and working, and I attempted reinstalling and rolling back to previous versions (I even manually installed the drivers using the device manager) to no avail. I'm using Windows 7 Professional, all important Windows updates installed, and I have the latest BIOS.

Any thoughts?
