Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear all,

I bought the hp pavilion 15 au114tx 2 days before now I am facing the problem with display & sound
My laptop display goes off after every one hour.
And sound of music & games also decrease automatically. I called the customer support services but they said I have to take that laptop to service center but then what is the meaning & value of on site warranty. I am not happy with HP services. I want my money back because customer support engineer did not know how to treat with customers.
I want solution of my problem.
