Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having an issue with the delete key deleting all of the content I have written.  When the delete key is pressed once, it deletes the character behind the cursor and then continutes to delete the all of the remaining text behind the cursor, essentially creating a continuous delete. It is not just deleting the one character as would be expected. 

 

I have tried removing/replacing the keyboard drivers with no success.

 

I have updated the keyboard settings to the slowest repeat rate and longest repeat delay, with no success.

 

Sticky Keys and Filter Keys are turned off.
