Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, i have been having problems with my pc. my apps and games crash at randon moments. the event view says its an error with the igd10iumd64.dll file. i have tried uypdating my driver software but it has no effect. can anyone help me on how to fix this
