Hi @One-1_two-2,

As I understand you have tried all the steps suggested and still having the same issue.

Let's try to boot the PC in Bios and check if the touch screen runs all over by itself, If it does, then it's a hardware failure. I would suggest you contact our HP phone support for available service option. Please visit Contact HP and fill in the product details to get the tech support number.

If the touch screen is stable in the Bios, then I would suggest couple of things here:

Update the touch screen drivers, display drivers, and the Bios: Here is the link.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to assist you with your concern.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @One-1_two-2,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

As I understand the touchpad moves and clicks on its own causing issues around the desktop screen, don't worry as I will be able to help you out, although, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution:

* Does this happen only with the browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome (if yes, which browser are you using)?

* Have you made any recent updates to your computer, software or hardware related?

* When was the last time it worked fine (date)?

Check the Mouse options under control panel:

Start → Control Panel → Mouse → Buttons tab. Check the box labeled "Use MS Office compatible scroll only." Also, check the box below labeled "Scroll in active window only."

Attempt using an alternate/external mouse.

Uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse:

Go to the Device Manager and select your mouse. Uninstall it and then restart your computer. During restart, your mouse driver will automatically be reinstalled.

* 1. Click on Start and type ‘Device Manager’.

* 2. Click Device Manager.

* 3. Click + sign next to Mouse.

* 4. Right-click on mouse entry and choose "uninstall".

* 5. Restart your computer.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Ans_

* Nope.It's happening in anytime. Sometime it's before I log in,on the lockscreen.

* I did in last two or three weeks.

* Since I recieved. Firstly it is one or two touch in several times,and then I ignored that.

   But,It is worst in last three months.I can't work because it is touch by itself nearly in all time.

For mouse options,

I will try as you say when I am back to home.I leave my laptop at home because it doesn't work for me.

 But,the error is starting since I worked using touch pad and touch screen before installation mouse.

Anyway thank for your solutions.

Bests,
