Hi, I was trying to contact Jose545 who entered exactly my problem on exactly my model laptop to see if he got anywhere as far as a fix. The only reply he got that I could see was a request for more info. So I'd like to know if anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it? I have some additional info: If I restart the laptop, the problem goes away for awhile. Seems to reappear after coming out of sleep mode. I've disabled sleep mode to see if that prevents it. Attached is Jose545's problem question since I couldn't figure out how to contact him.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer screen keeps turning black and keeps blinking every time I install the regular windows update. When I go online to install an intel driver it works better. I haven't installed anything weird and this happened out of nowhere. No funny business with hardware changes or physical damage. My mouse pointer is now fuzzy no matter which one I pick. What is happening? Help!
