Product: HP Elitebook 2760P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
I have a Elitebook 2760P that I use for work. Recently, when I open it up to use as a laptop, it powers off like there is an elictrical short. I can still use it in tablet mode as long as it is completely closed. The strange thing is, if I have it on the docking station and open the lid, it will not power itself down. I have checked my power and lid settings and all power down and sleep options are disabled. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, can you offer any advice?
