Product: Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My kid was playing on the laptop and pressed the shift key several times and eventually locked the pointer hence not responding. I tried switching it off, pressing the shift key again for 8 seconds to disable the sticky key but not working either. What should I do?
