Product: Elitebook 850
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop's display experiences pixel flickering on the right side of the screen when dimming the brightness below 95%. Тhe flickering occurs on dark grey backgrounds.

 

I used to work around the issue by setting the refresh rate to 40 Hz (from 60 Hz). With the BIOS update this is no longer possible. I've tried to update and downgrade video drivers, but the issue persists. I have an Elitebook 850 on Win 7 Pro.
