Product: HP EliteDisplay E232
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now the image on both my external monitors is very poor.

 

I downloaded  and installed the monitor drivers but it made no difference. I've played with adjusting the resolution, resetting the montors to the factor default but still no improvement. I've restarted monitors and the PC. I've reinstalled the monitor driver too but again still no improvement.

 

What's really odd is some web pages are expanded while other are smaller. This HP site is normal size but the fonts are still very blurry. 

 

Outlook fonts are extremely blurry.

 

I even connected a different external monitor but it has the same issue.

 

The image on my HP laptop is excellent.

 

Any suggestions?
