Product: ACER Aspire V5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sorry with my English. 

I have problems with my DVDRAM GU90N. I have uninstalled the driver and restarted my notebook, but the problem go on.

The computer goes to a freezing state when I connect de DVDRAM unit. I have Windows 10.  ¿Is there another solution for this problem?
