Probook 6360b
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there!

I just tired of trying to connect my Probook 6360b to my new Samsung TV Monitor TE310, I'm using a display port to HDMI adapter as you know the Probook 6360b just don't have HDMI port and the TV Monitor doesn't have Display port.....

So display port is my best option to connect a Monitor, Ok then my problem is the PC just don't recognize the monitor, my video driver has the last actualization  and the frequency is of 60 Hz as the manual of TV monitor says and as the Samsung tv support says the best resolution of the monitor is 1366 x 768 at 68 Hz, I don't see the problem then ....

Probook 6360b >> Display port male a HDMI female adapter  >> HDMI cable >> TV monitor TE310

Its just connect the PC to the monitor  nothing more, now I want to know what is the problem with this system of connection .

and if there is no problem about it....

WHY I cannot connect it
