I have the same exact problem! I cant play minecraft because of this, and i DO know HOW to turn off smartsense, but it doesnt work! its set to completely off, but I still cant move my mouse while typing 😕 I just dont get it, I can go into my settings now and it will still be set to OFF but it clearly isnt off! have you found any solution yet? On my old computer (toshiba satellite) I was able to turn it off and it work fine, but this new hp notebook it just doesnt work.
