I've tried all tips I've seen so far = Fn+C, Ctl+C, etc.  None work.  How do I turn on my scroll lock?

Ok, so I found it.  One tip I kept seeing said to turn on the on-screen keyboard.  There's an icon in the bottom right that pops up a keyboard, and there was no scroll lock on that.  I finally went into the main search of the computer and searched for keyboard.  On-screen keyboard was one of the options, so I selected it, expecting it to be the same keyboard that popped up when I selected the icon on the main screen.  Well, it wasn't.  Lo and behold, I found the scroll lock on there.  Finally! Success!

Good find, Lisa.  Thanks for posting back your solution.  Doing so helps someone else!

For those reading, try the following to start your On-Screen-Keyboard:

Windows key + Cntrl key + O

On my new company HP Elitebook, I found you have to press 'FN Lock' & 'FN' & 'C' together to turn the scroll lock on and off. Unfortunately trial and error was the only way to solve this.

Just use Fn + C (no need for Fn lock). That'll toggle it.

Thank you Jay!! I also just got a new company HP Elitebook and was going NUTS trying to figure out how the heck I turned it on in the first place. I knew I hit some combination of keys but wow! Thanks again! 🙂
