Hi

 

i hope someone can help in very simple terms...am a bit of a techno phobe

 

I have a HP Pavillion DV6 laptop running windows 10. 

 

When I make or receive a skype video call I cant see the other persons video its just a black screen.  Ive tried it with several contacts and none of them work...they can see me but I cant see them.  Ive done the basic ..check settings for receiving etc but nothing pls help...I have a new niece and haven't been able to see her!
