HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 840 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Skype crashing upon opening on machine with Intel HD 5500. I uninstall the drivers and Skype works fine. Reinstalled Skype crashes. Intel gave me other drivers to install but no resolve. They sent me back to HP.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

Elitebook 840 G2

W7 Ent sp1

Intel driver 4432 Rev F

Intel recommended versions 4539 and 4501, neither resolved.

Skype for Business 2016 16.0.4456.1003
