HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 4540s notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

During web browsing, when I open a new screen, a small area of the screen blinks for a second.  I increased the refresh rate from 40 to 60 (max allowed).  It just started a week ago or so.  My video driver is current.
