Product: HP Envy 360 11t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased an HP Envy 360 11T near the midle of September 2016. Near the end of September 2016 it was detrmined by HP Tech Support that the laptop had to be returned because the mouse touchpad could not hold o driver or recognize the touchpad. When viewing the status, it simply states ON HOLD. The computer has been with HP longer than it has been with me. Is there anyway to find a meaningful status with HP?
