Envy15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear all,

I've got several horizontal and vertical lines on my HP Envy 15 laptop which make strange colors on the screen. It was really strange because it was working very well last week and I put it somewhere and after my 2 weeks holiday when I came back and open the pc I found this problem. I ran HP Diagnostics UEFI and I checked the palette but it did not past the test. Failures ID is PH76XK-79T87M-MFGH7G-Q2EN03.

Now I'm in italy and I don't know how and where I have to fix the problem.

@hamedabdeh,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service!

As I understand your laptop has vertical and horizontal lines across the screen and you've also performed a hardware test on the video card which failed with the ID you've mentioned.

Here's what you need to do: Contact HP Phone Support for a hardware replacement as this is a hardware malfunction since the Display Adapter Palette Test Failed, the failed components are possibly the

Display Assembly, Inverter Board, LCD, LED Board, Video Board, Video Card and/or Webcam.

If the laptop is under the HP warranty the charges wouldn't apply, you will need to ensure your computer is in the country you purchased it from to avail the warranty options.

Keep me posted!
