I think the best way to describe it is by an example: So I am on my bank website looking at my account and I want to check something with the calculator app from task bar, I click on the calculator and as I move my cursor up toward the app, it minimizes back to task bar. This happens trying to open any app onto an existing screen. If I minimize the screen and just have desktop screen then it will work. HP technician took remote control of my computer and could not fix it. He told me to call the fee based technicians for help. This is a brand new HP 15 222wm touch scree which reminds me, if I click on app and the touch it, it will stay for use with fingers.

I finally got a tech rep out of customer service to chek into it and he said that it was not a problem but the way it works. So, it is justa very bad, in my opinion, design flaw in the software. I mean, who wants to minimize everything you're working on to use the calculator? Why even have a calculator app on the computer? Just have a physical calculator handy.
