Hi,

 

I don't know if the square lens piece that covers the webcam can just fall out but you can look inside & see the camera.

I'm wonderung how to repair it. I read a long 8470 repair pdf doc but it never covered that part.

 

It's still under warranty but don't really want to ship it both ways or know if its covered. Still I'd like to know how it

could be repaired. Can you just glue another cover on it or do you have to replace the entire plastic display bezel?

Mine is missing the square cover to the left side of the light.

 

I hate leaving it open like that. Won't it get dust on it?

 

Any help / advise is appreciated.
