Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi im gonna buy a computer soon its called "HP Slimline 410-100nv" and it came with a intel hd 4400  can i install a 2x16 video card which is the Gigabyte GT 730 1 GB DRR3 and my old power supply 450W? please confirm before i change the components thank you HP
