Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

my laptop started by having a blue screen everytime i lift it up. it would say it has experienced a problem and it has shut down windows to avoid damaging....now its powering on : the power LED is on,fun is moving and i can feel the HDD running. I have done research on how to slove this issues and even tried all the troubleshooting skills i got. i have tried the isolation method where i have left the motherboard attached to nothing but no any response. i have cleaned and reseated the RAM but nothing is workin. I have removed everything including the CPU but nothing seems to work.I have also connected to an external monitor but displays nothing. i have checked the display cable, its intact and event cleaned the contacts. Nothing seems to work. Even without the CPU its powering on just like when it has everything. Nothing seems to change at all. even draining the CMOS battery. which other option should I consider??
