HP Recommended

My touchscreen registers but pinch to zoom and scrolling by finger input does not work.  Very frustrating.  I tried activating everything relevant in the flags section of chrome but it did not fix problem.  Any linux experts here.  This model is a cousin of the spectre x360 so any fix for the spectre would probably work
