Hello, I have hp envy dv6 7250er and it has 1366x768 display matrix. I know that 7000 seria include notebooks with FullHD matrix. So is it possible to change 1366x768 matrix on FullHD matrix?

Yes but...Here is the Manual:
The HD and FHD panels use a different display cable so to upgrade to the 1920 x 1080 screen you need the FHD panel and the cable:
15.6-in, AntiGlare, FHD display panel 682090-001
Display panel cable for use only on computer models equipped with an FHD display assembly and an Intel processor 682057-001

The cable costs about the same as the screen. If you shop around a bit I think you can do a little better.
