HP Elitebook 2740p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay I have been working on this work a while and have exhausted all options, I hope someone can help me.

I have a Elitebook 2740p that I have upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Went smooth except the only problem I have is the flat trackpad the nub for the trackpad works good, but I rather the flat finger pad below the black nub. When I use this the point arrow goes all over the place.

This is what I have done notice installed driver was version 15 deinstalled and installed version 18 of the Symantic driver. That did not work, so I deinstalled version 18 and let Windows install its own driver. That worked except cutting and paste does not work.

Is there a fix with trackpad driver that allows the flat portion of the trackpad to work?

Awaiting any reply.
