screen flipped sideways on my hp pavilion

hi, my screen randomly turned sideways so im looking at a screen with everything turned to the side does anyone know how to revert it back to normal? please help me this is annoying and i cant figure it out.

I understand that you would like to know how to rotate your screen back to normal. I found a thread for you that was a solution for others: how do i flip it back? 

 

If that does not work, please re-post with the which operating system you are using and I will do my best to provide you with steps!
