Folio 1040 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

Recently got a HP Folio 1040 G2 as my work PC. It is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit. It has the Forcepad/Touchpad. While typing, it appears to recognize a mouseclick on the Forcepad, which causes the cursor to move to wherever the cursor is; typically several sentences back from where I was typing. I switched to a mouse and used function+f2 to disable the touchpad, but it still has the forcepad active (can't move the cursor with my finger on the touchpad, but pressure on the pad acts as a click) and therefore the jumping cursor problem still exists. It there any fix to this or at least away to disable the Forcepad completely?
