Product: bluetooth mouse z8000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am the owner of the Bluetooth mouse Z8000.

I have technical problem with my mouse when I click a mouse button, I can not press the second button. It means that I pressed the right mouse button, I hear a mechanical-clicking, butclick on the left side of the mouse body it's no click. 

Why can not I press both mouse buttons simultaneously?
