Zbook Studio 15 G3
Linux

Hi,

Since may, i tried to work with my zbook studio and 2 monitors with a linux. I succeed in installing debian testing with the last kernel 4.7.5, it works very well (until 8 hours of autonomy with the nvidia card off). Sometimes I need to make a presentation and to plug another monitor. I didn't succeed in detecting the second monitor with the intel card. The HP employee I've got by phone, said that all ports (TB3 and HDMI) are connected to all cards (intel HD530 and NVIDIA Quadro).

Is there anybody with this kind of issue and a solution?

I observed on MS Windows that the internal screen is associated to the intel card and the external monitor is associated to the nvidia card, so fans are very noisy and the battery works only 2h30 ... I can't use only the intel card on MS Windows, perhaps the HP employee was wrong and with 2 monitors we must use the 2 cards?

Thanks for your help
