Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm not able to pair my new iSport monster bluetooth wireless headphones with my HP EliteBook. The laptop cannot "see" the iSport bluetooth device. Called monster (headphones manufacturer) and they said this is beyond their support scope and to contact the laptop manufacturer. They also said that  the wireless headphone uses APTX technology and the Laptop drivers must support this technology. I'm not really sure if that's accurate hence posting the questions here. 

 

HP - any idea how to fix this?
