Product: EliteBook 850 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Friends,

I cannot play music on the EliteBook using the bluetooth device. The pairing works fine. If I right click on the phone in "Devices and Printers" window, the menu does not show "Services". On my other Win 7 machine, that menu leads to Services and then to remote control of the phone. How to do the same on Win 10 is the issue?

 

BTW, the Win 7 machine has Broadcom driver and this one has Intel driver. Would appreciate any tips.
