Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there,

 

I need desperate help. I can't post anything as I can't open my WP Admin page and blog site. Each time I try it states " This site can't be reached and it took too long to respond". I tried on Chrome, IE and Firefox. They are all the same. I can open other sites. How I can solve this issue?
