Hi,
sadly I have some problems with the WLAN on my HP 250 G4, even when i sit 1 meter away from my router, the signal is very weak, 2 meters further away and the signal is completly gone. My Networkadapter is Realtek RTL 8723BE, the notebook is one week old, windows 10 x64 pre-installed. I already tested the notebook at a different location, same result.
I tried the following things:
- installed windows 10 updates
- installed all drivers from the hp support homepage (with bios)
- installed everything with the hp support assistant
- installed old drivers and don't use the drivers from windows updates
->no success
Everything works fine with cable.
After that, i re-installed windows 10 and did all steps again.
I tested the connection with ping on my router and google.de
The MS are between 200-2200 if it works, but the connection can also be interrupted for some seconds/minutes
I need windows 10 and the wlan has to work too.
Thanks in advance
