HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased this laptop from Sams Club and all current drivers and updates have been made. For some reason wifi connection is lost. I have read a lot of forums and it says to contact customer service for a driver update. This is just such a new laptop that I cannot find any drivers online.

 

One other thing the lighting on the keyboard is off, I tried following steps, Start, Programs, HP Proximity - But this option is not available on the Start Menu....

 

If I cannot get this Wifi to work I will be doing a return, its very fustrating......
