HP Elitebook 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my elitebook connecting to WIFI network. I checked in Device Manager for network card and it does not shows up anything for WLAN card  nor there is any WiFi signal popping in my laptop screen. I have tried reinstalling the driver software for WLAN, updated BIOS, checked with power cycling the Router to see if it helps but nothing changes.  Do not know what could have gone wrong with the laptop as I am not able to see any information of WLAN in Device Manager.

Please expert I need your help with the issue to get the network connectivity. Thank you.
