Product: HP Wireless S6500 Speaker
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I still can't get HP Wireless S6500 white speaker to work even though connected to cables. I have had the speaker for 1 year and have always kept the cables connected. Should the cables have only been connected to recharge the internal battery in the speaker? If so, could keeping the cables connected have damaged the speaker or the cables. What is the expected life span of the speaker? Please advise. Thank you.
